Hiep Nguyen is a Long Beach-based real estate professional with a unique blend of business acumen, sales expertise, and deep local roots. A graduate of Northwestern University’s prestigious Kellogg School of Management, Hiep brings a high-performance mindset and strategic approach to every client interaction.

Before real estate, Hiep built a successful career as an executive in the tech industry, helping build, coach, and lead sales teams at two Southern California startups that each achieved exits valued at over $100 million and $3 billion, respectively. With more than 1,000 closed transactions under his belt — from small business deals to Fortune 10 enterprise contracts — Hiep is a seasoned negotiator who knows how to drive results and protect his clients’ interests.

Outside of work, Hiep is an avid runner training for the Boston Marathon in 2026 and can often be found running all over Long Beach with his wife. He’s also a passionate snowboarder who makes annual trips to Mammoth, a brewery and beer enthusiast, and–most proudly–a new dad to his baby girl, Poppy.
