Kathy understands the value of time and hard work. Her many years as a single mother diligently working multiple jobs taught her the true value of having a home to call her own.

For 20 years, she worked for three large residential real estate developers as a project manager overseeing the construction of thousands of homes! After that, she decided to shift gears and get her real estate license. But her past experiences gave her a rich knowledge of remodeling, home construction, home and neighborhood design, city permitting, warranties, and a host of other unexpected insights. Her aim is to take that practical knowledge assisting developers, and hand it over to you—so you can make the wisest choice when buying a home.

Nobody is more prepared to work harder than Kathy to seal the right deal for you. But when she’s winding down from making deals, Kathy loves spending time with her husband and two dogs. She enjoys her Belmont Shore neighborhood in Long Beach, especially beach time, paddle boarding, kayaking, bicycling, and dining at amazing restaurants.
