Kim’s journey into real estate began in 1997 with the purchase of her first home in San Diego. What started as a major life milestone quickly became a turning point—she found the process both fascinating and, at times, overwhelming. That experience sparked a lasting interest in real estate contracts and a passion for helping others navigate one of life’s biggest investments with clarity and confidence.

Today, Kim is dedicated to guiding her clients through every step of the buying or selling process. By setting clear expectations and providing steady communication, she helps minimize stress and ensures her clients always know what comes next.

Kim returns to residential real estate sales with a rich background in eminent domain, interior design, and home staging—expertise that gives her clients a distinct advantage in today’s market. A Long Beach resident since 2001, she has a deep appreciation for the city’s character and architectural diversity. Over the years, she and her husband have owned and thoughtfully renovated several historic homes, including a 1924 Mission Revival in Belmont Heights, a 1929 Craftsman in Rose Park, and their current 1948 ranch-style home in Bixby Knolls.
